Duties include, but are not limited to the following: 

Write well-documented and maintainable code using modern languages (using C/C++, C#, PHP, and Python) for medical scheduling and personnel management applications and maintain unit tests to ensure code performs against functional and performance specifications. Regularly commit and push code using GitHub source code control system. Follow standardized source control workflows when creating and merging development branches. Correct flaws discovered by requirements testing. Record all work by creating and updating tickets using JIRA issue tracking software. Participate in design meetings. Clearly and thoroughly document design plans including detailed functional and performance specifications. 

Experience and Education include, but are not limited to: 

  •  Master’s Degree in Computer Science

Project Management, Part-Time

Reports to  

Job purpose

  • Manage development projects by working with Software Development team to plan and schedule the project and then tracks the project throughout development to ensure delivering projects on time and within budget and scope.

Duties and responsibilities

Project Management

  • Ensures technical projects are completed on schedule and within budget and scope.
  • Manages and appropriately escalates; delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes associated to the product development initiatives
  • Establishes, plans, and executes major milestone reviews and decision gates to complete the program and project life cycle. Ensures all the required products are produced and reviewed, including the technical leadership of requirements management, design, implementation, system integration, verification, test, quality assurance, delivery, operations, and sustainment of the technical solution
  • Defines project scope, deliverables, roles and responsibilities in collaboration with stakeholders and business partners
  • Manage scope throughout the project duration. Maintains accurate program estimates, timelines, project plans, status reports
  • Translates business requirements and functional specifications into technical specifications and ensure that implementations meet specifications and quality standards
  • Serves as liaisons between technical and non-technical departments in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels
  • Creates a method of change management including ownership of a documentation, communication plans, process training, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group; developers, product owners, and subject matter experts
  • Possesses high level understanding in the areas of web application programming, content management systems
  • Provide process improvement recommendations based on best practices and industry standards
  • Resolves conflicts by demonstrating leadership and appropriate decision-making competencies

This job operates in a professional office environment with occasional travel for conferences & client meetings. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.  It may require occasional conference material setup.

Job purpose

  • Provide management leadership to the Software Development and Testing Team.
  • Manage existing projects by working with Software Development leads to plan and schedule the project and track the project throughout development to ensure delivering is on time and within budget and scope.

Duties and responsibilities

 

Management:

  • Lead the Development team through the process of identifying coding, testing, and deployment protocols to improve engineering efficiency and efficacy in order to deliver all projects on time and within budget and scope
  • Participate in strategic product discussions and align the engineering team with the goals of the company
  • Track engineering progress to ensure that deadlines and budget goals are met
  • Recruit and evaluate new engineers
  • Establish and maintain a quality and feedback process code to ensure quality and provide constructive feedback
  • Manage day to day operations of the team
  • Perform one on one meetings as well as performance evaluations

Project Management

Job purpose

  • Assist our team with creating and delivering marketing materials.
  • Assist with driving market awareness of our organization.
  • Marketing with the purpose of acquiring customers.

Duties and responsibilities

We are looking for a self-motivated part-time Marketing Intern to join our team. Candidate must be available for 10 to 20 hours per week. Position reports will support the Director of Sales & Marketing for our growing software company.  Candidate will gain real-world experience working with a company who designs disruptive technologies for the healthcare industry.

In addition to possessing strong communication skills, candidate should have excellent multitasking and organizational skills and be able to carry out tasks with a high level of professionalism and dedication.  Research and evaluate target markets & competitor marketing, social media trends and digital content for software product advertising.

  • Curate content for website and social media. Monitor social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback
  • Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, social media content and explainer videos
  • Design and present new social media campaign ideas as needed
  • Support growth of Corporate LinkedIn Group & Social Media Engagements
  • Support content writing for speaking engagements, conference courses, press releases, case studies, abstracts
  • Contribute to the creation of explainer videos, design graphics, magazine ad layouts
  • Assist with review & edit of transcribed interview copy
  • Search database listings for upcoming Grant/RFP opportunities

Qualifications

Preferred, not required, software skills:

  • Basic Canva, Adobe Photoshop and or Illustrator Skills
  • Basic explainer video design programs
  • Basic experience with any social media scheduling program

Qualifications include:

  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate program for Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or similar field
  • Familiarity with marketing computer software and social media platforms
  • Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques
